2.5 She-was-a-Bitch-and-He-was-a-Bastard Stars

This do we say it? BORED ME TO DEATH!

The cover is pretty, I like it a lot <3

And the blurb is intriguing enough that I had to read it.

There’s a fine line between love and hate and they were about to cross it.

My name is Samantha Ross and this is my life.

I existed in a world that few know. Rundown trailers and crime-ridden streets were my home. Drugs and alcohol were the norm and happiness was the exception. I lived from day to day never knowing if I would have a roof over my head or food in my stomach. My life sucked. It took from me and gave nothing back.

But there was one certainty in my life. A black smudge on my window of hell.

Cole Walker.

He was a criminal. A thief. He brought hell and damnation with him wherever he went. He hurt and destroyed. He took and gave nothing in return. He was heartache and despair wrapped up in a perfect gorgeous package. Fast cars and fast women were his hobbies. His vices. But he had many.

I was one of them.

I was his addiction and his craving. His enemy on this earth. I feared him. I hated him. I loved him even more.

But the story was so MEH that I'm kinda questioning my sanityright now after going through all the dramaS in the book.

So lemme tell you bits bout the book, okay?

When they were kids (WHITE TRASH KIDS at that), Cole saved Sam from being harassed by the guy her mom was fucking (yeah, not DATING but FUCKING). Sam's brother, Bent then decided that Cole was to be his and Sam's bff. That's how the trio of so called friends were built. Sam didn't like Cole for her own bitchy reason which I had failed to decode thanks to my degrading IQ (I have a feeling that the degrading of my IQ was a result of reading the book, but it's still a mystery for now).

My guess is she's just BITCHY like that.

Anyway, they grew up, Bent became Cole's bestfriend, while being Sam's enemy at the same time.

Bent loved Cole. Bent loved Sam.
Cole loved Bent. Cole hated (while secretly loving) Sam.
Sam loved Bent. Sam hated (while secretly loving) Cole.

Ain't that fucking cute?

I-Don't-Know-Anything Stars

They say when you take revenge against another you lose a part of your innocence.

But I’m not innocent.
I haven’t been for a very long time.
My innocence was stolen from me. Taken was the life I was supposed to have. The soul I was born with. The ruby heart embedded in a life full of hopes and dreams.

I never even had a choice.
I mourn that life. Mourn the what-ifs.
Until now.
I’m ready to take back what was always meant to be mine.

But every plan has a fatal flaw. Sometimes it’s the heart.

**Due to the dark and explicit nature of this book, it is recommended for mature audiences only as some scenes may be particularly disturbing.**

Here's a quick recap! <3

3.5 Just-Because-It's-Making-Me-Wait-Fucking-Again-But-I-Really-Have-No-One-to-Blame-Because-I-Still-Proceeded-to-Read-It-knowing-That-the-Third-Volume's-Not-Out-Yet Stars

Time for a fucking summary!

Stage One:

A hazy answer (so let me give you a hazy something to appease you)

“How many women do you think a man could possibly screw in his lifetime?” The vendor handed me my change.

“I don’t know,” I said. “I’ve stopped counting.”
“Stopped counting, eh? What did you do, get to ten and decide that was enough before settling down?” He pointed to the gold band on my left hand.
“No. I settled down first, then I started fucking.”

Stage Two: Angry Sex (now use your imagination)

Stage Three: Dirty Talk (again use your imagination)

Stage Four: More hazy infos (lemme give you a fucking hint again)

“It’s a contested divorce,” he hissed.

(he's obviously pissed off so I really can't give you more *sighs*)

3.5 I-Had-LOTSSSSSSSSS-Of-FUN-Reading-the-Book-but-the-Silly-Me-Just-Couldn't-Accept-Certain-Stuffs Stars

I was thinking bout slapping a FIVE stars to the book but decided against it when I reached the part that I hated (view spoiler)

Let's start with the cover..hmm, PSYCHO ALERT? *raises eyebrow*

Now, lets take a look at the FUCKING INTERESTING blurb:

Right now, you’re probably asking yourself two things:

Who am I?
And, what the hell are you doing here?

Let’s start with the most obvious question, shall we?

You’re here, ladies, because you can’t f*ck.

Oh, stop it. Don’t cringe. No one under the age of 80 clutches their pearls.
You might as well get used to it, because for the next six weeks, you’re going to hear that word a lot. And you’re going to say it a lot.
Go ahead, try it out on your tongue.
F*ck. F***ck.

Ok, good. Now where were we?

If you enrolled yourself in this program then you are wholly aware that you’re a lousy lay. Good for you. Admitting it is half the battle.

For those of you that have been sent here by your husband or significant other, dry your tears and get over it. You’ve been given a gift, ladies. The gift of mind-blowing, wall-climbing, multiple-orgasm-inducing sex. You have the opportunity to f*ck like a porn star. And I guarantee, you will when I’m done with you.

And who am I?

Well, for the next six weeks, I will be your lover, your teacher, your best friend, and your worst enemy. Your every-f*cking-thing. I’m the one who is going to save your relationship and your sex life.

I am Justice Drake.
And I turn housewives into whores.

Now…who’s first?

How could you not be curious bout him?

Now here comes the part where I start babbling aka the part where people stop reading ;)

Lets meet my Justice Drake ( I hate that name btw)

He was cocky as fuck! description

And this would be his Allyson..

And she was all, 'I'm better than YOU!' , description yeah typical spoiled brat case there..

But in the end, he kinda tainted her too though..And TAINT is...

v. taint·ed, taint·ing, taints
1. To corrupt morally.
2. to sully or tarnish (a person's name, reputation, etc.).
1. a defect or flaw
2. An infecting touch, influence, or tinge.

Just pick whatever suits you~

Anyway here's a simple summary of the book..

She went to Oasis,

Welcome to Oasis, ladies. We want you to consider this your home for the next six weeks of instruction. ~ Justice improve herself for her cheating husband, by cheating I mean, he cheated on her in the past, he was also cheating on her when she was in the program..the cheating goes on and on..

She was like, 'I should be better for the douchebag so that he won't cheat anymore! Oh, I'm so fucking smart!'

And obviously, the cheating happens for a reason, right?

They seem perfect in every way. Beautiful, intelligent, graceful. The perfect accessory for the man who has it all.

Except one thing.
They’re as dull as lukewarm dishwater once you get them on their perfectly postured backs.

That's when Justice, the cocky instructor who thought he was the best of the best, like a superhero or something (JUSTICE DRAKE FOR REAL!), came to the rescue!

It-was-Over-the-Top-Cute-and-that's-All-that-Matters Stars

One-night stands are supposed to be with someone convenient, or wickedly persuasive, or regrettable. They aren’t supposed to be with someone like him.

But after a crazy Vegas weekend celebrating her college graduation—and terrified of the future path she knows is a cop-out—Mia Holland makes the wildest decision of her life: follow Ansel Guillaume—her sweet, filthy fling—to France for the summer and just…play.

When feelings begin to develop behind the provocative roles they take on, and their temporary masquerade adventures begin to feel real, Mia will have to decide if she belongs in the life she left because it was all wrong, or in the strange new one that seems worlds away.

Lets see what I liked bout the book..

a. It was written in the first person point of view! *cool*
b. They were ADORABLE! *uhmaazing*

3.4 4.3 It-Made-Me-Laugh-And-Then-It-Forced-Me-to-Cry Stars

Cole Brandt was the self-centered and philandering lead singer for Generation Rejects

Vivian Baily was a flaky, attention seeking drama queen.

Apart they were challenging…together they were complete and total chaos.

Cole and Vivian were two people who should never have been together.

Yet they crashed into each other at every turn.

Their relationship was anything but stable. But it was passionate. It was messy. It was hopelessly seductive. And it might possibly drive them both insane.

They fought. They made up. They screamed. They made love.

They hated and they loved in equal measure.

And now that Generation Rejects are starting to hit it big and the band is on the road, temptation and massive egos could very well spell the end of their roller coaster.

If only they could stay away from each other.

But Vivian has finally reached her breaking point. Tired of their endless cycle, she is ready to say goodbye to Cole for good.

Yet Cole isn’t one to go away quietly. Particularly when he is starting to realize exactly what he stands to lose if Vivian walks away.

As his world begins to turn upside down, Cole realizes that the one person who can hold him together is the girl who may no longer want him.

Love can be a comedy of errors, particularly for two people who never seem to get the timing right.

And In the crazy world of rock and roll, the hardest lessons to learn just might be the ones with the sweetest rewards.
